We are a calming presence throughout your build. Why? Because we know there are many ways to build things. In our thirty years, we have seen a lot of them. We are supremely confident that any perceived hurdle is simply a creative opportunity, not a reason for stress.
No fees for change orders
Our belief in project flexibility is unique among expert contractors. While others charge you every time you change your mind, we believe you should learn and shift along the way. If a change doesn’t significantly alter the project cost, we don’t charge you. Period. We just don’t believe in frivolous change order fees.
Creative participation from start to finish
Each weekend, Skip visits the jobsite. He grabs a broom and sweeps. For him, it is a quiet, creative meditation. He spends time in the space. He thinks about whether the windows are letting in the best natural light. He sees the week’s progress and notes anything he thinks could be better. This is just one example of how we are an active, creative participant in making your space the best it can be.
